Responsibilities & Qualifications:
3+ Years as a commercial construction superintendent (large grocery preferred) Ground-up experience in commercial buildings as Lead Project Superintendent OSHA 30 or willing to complete within 60 days Ability to travel within Southeast U.S. Sound understanding of multifaceted sitework Strong communication skills and leadership Extensive knowledge in scheduling and sequencing all phases of the project Hands-on quality control and leadership Self-motivated, fast paced, take charge attitude. Computer skills a must Highly competitive salary & compensation package with great benefits.
