Job Description

Commercial Construction Project Manager Direct Hire position in Franklin, TN Prefer local candidates.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Read plans, bid projects with estimating staff, buy out projects, work with Clients & Architects
  • Provide overall administrative and technical direction for field projects managed by on-site Project Superintendents
  • Implement project objectives, policies, procedures and schedules
  • Monitor and control construction efforts through administrative direction of on-site job superintendents
  • Assume responsibility for all scheduling efforts
  • Assume responsibility for all contract negotiations and contracts
  • Manage all financial aspects of projects in accordance with company procedures
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Proven experience with scheduling, contract negotiation, and all other aspects of managing commercial construction projects
