Nashville, TN and Huntsville, AL Markets Position Details:

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Maintain and update the project schedule Responsibility to keep the jobsite clean and safe Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Willingness to work hard and even non-business hours if the project requires Currently this position will not travel. Will currently stay local to the middle Tennessee area.

Qualifications:

Must have at least 5 years of commercial construction superintendent experience in both ground-up and interior finish-out/renovation Must been a good communicator Must be willing to be trained/mentored for a period of time Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented While we appreciate the interest of all candidates, we will only reply to those we would like to schedule an interview with.
