Pay:
$70,000-$85,000 per year Job description: SERVPRO of Johnson City & Washington County is growing, and we are looking for a reconstruction project manager to be a part of the team. - Project Initiation Evaluate and sell projects Educate customers on the process
- Project Planning Identify and document project scope of work Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate Review budgets
- Project Execution Create project schedule and timeline Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers Negotiate terms and set expectations Ensure profitability Perform periodic reviews to evaluate their performance
- Staff Management Manage individual employees who work together to process reconstruction projects Be responsible for training reconstruction team members (as needed) Conduct periodic performance reviews with individual reconstruction team members Conduct regular meetings with reconstruction team
- Customer Satisfaction Be responsible for customer service and management of the customer experience
Necessary Experience and Skill Set:
- 5-10 years experience in restoration and construction industry (preferred)
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication
- Intermediate math skills
- Competent computer skills
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented field/office environment
Job Type:
Full-time Hours/Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 40+ hours/week
- 7:30 AM to 5:00PM
