They are seeking an experienced Healthcare Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day operations on active, occupied healthcare projects , ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-schedule project delivery. What You'll Do Lead all onsite construction operations for healthcare projects. Oversee project schedules, subcontractors, materials, and safety compliance. Coordinate closely with project managers, design teams, and clients. Conduct daily site inspections, JSAs, and safety meetings. Uphold ICRA standards and healthcare construction protocols to maintain infection control. What We're Looking For 3-7 years of commercial construction experience (healthcare preferred). Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project . OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and ICRA/Healthcare Constructor certification (preferred). What You'll Get Competitive base salary: $85K

• 150K + annual bonus .
