  • Full-time The Engagement Manager is a key player in launching and integrating iJility solutions within customer operations.
This role is ideal for a hands‑on operational leader who thrives in fast‑paced startup environments, enjoys travel, and excels at building structure where it didn't previously exist. You will lead on‑site implementations, ensure operational readiness, train leadership teams, and serve as the primary connector between iJility's internal teams and client stakeholders—all while upholding high standards for safety, accuracy, and professionalism. What You'll Do Implementation & Site Launch Lead new client site implementations from kickoff through stabilization Execute structured implementation checklists to ensure full operational readiness Build sites specific playbooks, startup plans, and operating procedures Complete CPU billing design, reporting setup, and contract‑aligned deliverables Travel & Execution Travel up to 80% to customer sites, often for multiweek assignments Work flexible schedules and support any shift coverage required during launches Manage travel logistics, bookings, and expenses in alignment with company policy Operational Standards & Safety Establish daily shift structures, labor planning models, and workflow expectations Implement and enforce site‑level safety requirements and the iJility Safety Program Develop management‑level daily and weekly operational checklists Training & Workforce Readiness Lead management and workforce training on SOPs, certifications, and observations Train and onboard new iJility managers using standardized toolkits Support labor planning, orientations, and productivity expectations Communication & Reporting Serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams (Recruiting, Payroll, Engineering, Operations) Implement KPI dashboards, performance reporting systems, and shift reports Ensure accurate production reporting for CPU billing structures Data & Performance Improvement Validate on‑site productivity data and payroll reporting inputs Analyze operational data to identify productivity gains and process improvements Ongoing Support Support existing iJility locations when not assigned to new implementations Fill temporary leadership gaps until permanent site leadership is hired and trained What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively (up to 80%) Minimum 5 years of warehouse or distribution management experience Demonstrated experience operating independently in fast‑paced environments Strong organizational, communication, and customer‑facing skills Professional presence with the ability to represent the brand onsite English proficiency required; Spanish bilingual strongly preferred Preferred Qualifications Background in logistics, operations, staffing, or implementation environments Startup or site‑launch experience Experience with KPI tracking, performance dashboards, or CPU‑based billing models Proven ability to train, coach, and develop leadership teams Bachelor's degree preferred Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Why Join iJility?
