In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all onsite activities, manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and quality control will drive project success while maintaining high standards of safety and craftsmanship. Must be willing to travel to out of state projects. Can be home in Middle Tennessee every weekend. Duties Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and safety standards are upheld Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless workflow and communication Develop and maintain detailed project schedules Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design specifications Conduct regular site inspections for quality control, adherence to OSHA regulations, and compliance with safety protocols Supervise onsite personnel, providing guidance on construction techniques, safety procedures, and best practices Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software for documentation, reporting, and collaboration Maintain detailed records of daily activities, safety incidents, change orders, and progress reports for project documentation Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent with a strong background in commercial projects Knowledge of construction management software including ProCore Demonstrated supervisory experience managing diverse onsite teams and subcontractors effectively Strong understanding of blueprints reading, specification interpretation, and contract administration Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards relevant to large-scale construction sites Skilled in project scheduling techniques to coordinate multiple trades efficiently Excellent management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making Valid certifications in construction management or related fields are preferred but not mandatory; relevant training is highly valued Must be willing to travel Join us as a Construction Superintendent if you're passionate about leading impactful projects with energy and precision!
