Job Description

Position Title:
Healthcare Construction Project Manager The Healthcare Construction Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This position requires a strong understanding of construction methodologies and the ability to foster effective relationships with clients and team members. The manager will be responsible for the financial oversight of projects, including billing and pay applications, while also addressing any issues that arise with subcontractors. Candidates should be prepared to travel as needed and adapt to various project demands. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
Salary Range:
$120,000 - $135,000 /
Year DOE Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain successful client relationships Oversee project start-up, quality, and compliance Manage project finances, including billing and cost control Submit and review change orders, effectively communicating issues and resolutions Participate in the development of project schedules and sequencing of work Work with field management to generate job-specific safety plans Ensure adherence to ethics and compliance requirements Conduct regular calls with superintendents to address project issues
Requirements:
3-4 years experience in commercial construction 3 years minimum as a PM in the healthcare industry Ability to travel Civil engineering or construction management degree is preferred Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years experience managing projects in the construction industry are preferred Knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, purchasing, estimating, accounting, and engineering principles is preferred
