Tennessee , Nashville Job Description Project Manager - Construction Seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare construction to lead and deliver high profile projects in the Nashville area. This role requires someone who combines technical expertise, excellent communication, and a focus on safety and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Oversee healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through close-out Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance Coordinate design teams, subcontractors, owners, and consultants Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific requirements (ICRA, phasing, infection control) Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues Prepare and review project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and reports Communicate timely progress updates to leadership and project stakeholders Maintain high standards of quality control and jobsite safety Qualifications 5+ years of construction project management experience Proven healthcare construction experience required Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and budget controls Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts Proficiency in project management tools (Procore, MS Project, etc.) preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field a plus What You'll Gain Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to lead impactful healthcare projects in a growing market If you're a driven Project Manager with hands-on healthcare experience and a commitment to excellence, apply online now or email Kenna Warren at kenna.warren@gogpac.com.
