About Our Client Our client is a respected Tennessee‑based general contractor with a strong history of successfully delivering commercial, institutional, light industrial, and specialty construction projects. Decision‑making is practical, collaborative, and field‑focused. Job Description Project Planning & Execution Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout and owner turnover. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, cost forecasts, and cash flow. Coordinate subcontractor buyout, contract execution, and scope alignment. Work closely with Superintendents to coordinate site logistics, sequencing, and manpower. Client & Team Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and consultants. Lead project meetings, progress updates, and stakeholder communications. Ensure timely resolution of RFIs, submittals, and field issues. Cost, Risk & Quality Control Manage change orders, pay applications, and project documentation. Identify and mitigate constructability, schedule, and cost risks. Maintain compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures. The Successful Applicant 4-10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction. Experience delivering commercial buildings, light industrial facilities, institutional projects, or specialty commercial work . Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, subcontractor management, and cost control. Ability to manage multiple scopes and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation tools. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
