Known for its collaborative culture and long-term thinking, the business offers a unique opportunity for senior leaders to directly benefit from its success through an established Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Executive to play a key leadership role in delivering major projects and mentoring project teams. Job Description Lead and oversee multiple projects from preconstruction through completion Manage project teams, including Project Managers, Engineers, and field leadership Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and risk management across projects Drive preconstruction strategy, including estimating and value engineering input Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards Contribute to business development efforts and repeat client work Mentor and develop high-performing teams MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
