Job Description Supervise daily on-site construction activities, managing field labor, subcontractors, and site logistics to ensure smooth operations. Support the Project Manager in overseeing project execution, including budget, schedule, quality control, and technical coordination across trades. Conduct inspections, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards. Monitor project costs, review subcontractor payments, and maintain accurate documentation through daily reports and meetings. Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and team members while mentoring field staff and promoting an injury-free environment.
