Job Description
We install standby generators for homeowners across Tennessee and Kentucky. As an Install Coordinator, you're the person who makes sure every install runs smoothly — from the moment the contract is signed to the day the system is energized. What you'll do Work with Project Manager to schedule installs around crew availability, permit timelines, and customer preferences Coordinate with Project Managers to align customer expectations with our processes Be the customer's main point of contact during the install process Track permits, inspections, and warranty registrations Keep the calendar full and the install board organized What we're looking for Strong organizational skills — you keep a hundred plates spinning without dropping one Comfortable on the phone with customers, contractors, and inspectors Detail-oriented (we install expensive equipment — small mistakes cost a lot) Experience with scheduling software, CRMs, or project tools is a plus Background in skilled trades, construction, or a busy service office is ideal What we offer Steady full-time work with a growing company Paid time off + paid holidays
