Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations on the job site
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans
- Communicate with clients, architects, and engineers to address any issues or concerns
- Prepare and submit progress reports to project stakeholders
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and
RFIs Required Qualifications:
10-15 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Mastery of the "13 Milestones of Construction". Vehicle capable of transporting supplies, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel as needed. Proficiency in MS Office and email communication. Ability to understand and execute written and oral instructions.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in high-pressure situations. Strong communication skills to convey organizational policies to team members. General contractors license highly preferred but would be an added benefit that could carry additional comp and equity opportunities.Career Progression:
