And what we know for sure is - Details Matters! Construction Depot is a commercial construction organization that performs painting, flooring and project management. Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Construction Coordinator and be at the forefront of managing complex construction projects from inception to completion. In this energetic role, you will coordinate all phases of commercial construction activities, ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders, adherence to project schedules, and delivery of high-quality results. . Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate clear communication and efficient workflow. Use construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other industry tools to track progress, manage documentation, and update project schedules. Manage contract documentation, review change orders, and support contract negotiations to mitigate risks and maintain compliance. Support project management teams with administrative tasks including document control, progress reporting, and meeting coordination to keep projects on track.
