Construction Support Technician

Duties Assist project manager and field teams with project documentation, including project updates, current plans/drawings, inspections and reports. Support the coordination of construction activities by scheduling inspections, deliveries, and and providing hands on assistance as needed. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify compliance with project plans, and identify potential issues early. Maintain accurate records of project milestones, material deliveries, material inventories, and upcoming project phases. Collaborate with homeowners, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and job specific requirements. Assist in troubleshooting technical problems on-site or in the office to minimize delays. Experience Previous experience in construction support roles or pool related technical positions is preferred. Physical labor to be expected within the field. Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and project management software is highly desirable. Strong understanding of safety standards and protocols within construction environments. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under tight deadlines. Effective communication skills for liaising with team members, homeowners, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ability to interpret construction documents and relay information clearly. A proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities that enable swift resolution of on-site issues. Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
