Division Manager - Home Repair Division Honey Do Service of Franklin 5083 Main St. Spring Hill, TN 37174 Full-Time | In-Office & Field-Based Ready to stop working a job—and start building something of your own? We're hiring a Division Manager to build and lead our Home Repair Division—not just manage it. This is an ownership-minded role for someone ready to step out of the field and into leadership, with the support, systems, and steady demand already in place. What You'll Be Doing Meet with homeowners, scope projects, and close work Build and manage weekly schedules to keep jobs moving efficiently Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team Ensure every job meets quality and customer experience standards Solve problems quickly and take ownership of outcomes Drive revenue, profitability, and growth for your division What Makes This Different You're not stuck in the field forever You're not waiting on someone else to grow the business You're not capped at hourly pay You build the division. The Opportunity We've already built the foundation: Marketing systems generating consistent leads Proven processes and workflows Tools and support to run efficiently Established demand in the market Now we need the right leader to take ownership and scale it. Who This Is For 7+ years in residential repair, handyman services, or light remodeling Experience leading jobs or people (foreman, lead tech, etc.) Comfortable meeting with homeowners and selling work Organized and understands job costing and profitability Driven by growth, leadership, and accountability Who This Is Not For Someone who avoids responsibility or decision-making Someone uncomfortable with customer interaction or sales Someone not ready to lead and be accountable for results Compensation & Growth This is a performance-based leadership role : Base compensation + performance incentives Profit-sharing tied directly to division performance Opportunity to build and lead your own team Clear path to full division leadership Strong team + strong execution = higher profit = higher income Benefits Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends) Company vehicle eligibility (after onboarding period) Gas allowance / fuel support Paid holidays 401(k) eligibility Ongoing leadership development and advancement opportunities Why This Role Exists We're not looking for another employee.
