Manage the complete construction process to achieve Ready for Service (RFS) status, ensuring lease providers fully comply with all lease agreement contracts.

Identify and manage crucial dependencies, deliverables, and handoffs across diverse stakeholder teams, including Security, Engineering, and Operations.

Provide comprehensive, weekly status reports detailing project scope, schedule, and budget alignment with development standards.

Continuously track lessons learned and proactively identify process improvements to share across Our Client's internal groups.
