Abilene, TX Pay Range:
$130,000- $180,000 per year (Depending on Experience)

Full-time Key Responsibilities On-Site Management:
Lead daily field operations, managing subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure project execution aligns with blueprints, specifications, and timelines.MEP Coordination:
Oversee the installation and integration of highly complex data center infrastructure, including backup generators, UPS systems, chillers, AHUs, and high-density power distribution.Scheduling & Progress:
Maintain and update the master project schedule, ensuring milestones are met and proactively mitigating potential delays.Quality & Commissioning:
Collaborate closely with commissioning agents and engineers to ensure all systems meet strict Level 1 through Level 5 commissioning requirements.Safety Leadership:
Enforce a zero-injury safety culture on-site, ensuring strict compliance with OSHA regulations and data center-specific safety protocols.Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project managers, clients, and design teams, providing clear and transparent updates.Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of construction supervision experience, with at least 3+ years dedicated specifically to Data Center projects.Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of complex electrical systems, HVAC/cooling systems, structure, and architectural components unique to data centers.Blueprint Proficiency:
Advanced ability to read and interpret complex architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, clear communication, decisive problem-solving abilities, and excellent subcontractor management skills.Certifications:
OSHA 30-hour certification required; Procore or similar project management software experience is a plus. Benefits Full benefits package including Health, Vision, and Dental insurance. 401(k) matching. Vehicle allowance / bonus potential options to be discussed during matching.Pay:
