Job Title:
Construction Integration Manager Job Description The Construction Integration Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating workers, ensuring seamless integration and fit-out activities for systems and infrastructure in leased facilities. Responsibilities Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency. Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems. Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems. Select, train, evaluate, and manage staff, and resolve personal grievances. Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products. Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records. Lead end-to-end project management of integration and fit-out activities for systems, services, and infrastructure. Drive scope definition, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination across contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Oversee milestone planning and delivery, including Beneficial Use and RNI. Manage financial and scope of work approvals, budgets, and handovers to Operations with full accountability for documentation and expectations. Essential Skills Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques. Familiarity with machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Understanding of design techniques, tools, and principles for production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred. 10+ years of experience in telecom and construction management. Work Environment The role requires working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a focus on integrating systems and infrastructure in leased facilities. The environment involves coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Alvarado, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
