Construction Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate complex construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction management software, and a thorough understanding of project scheduling, blueprint reading, and contract management. This role requires a proactive approach to project coordination, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. The Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing subcontractors, liaising with clients, and ensuring safety and compliance on-site. Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout. Develop detailed project schedules using DASH by Core Logic and other construction management software to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Prepare and review construction estimates utilizing Xactimate and other estimating tools. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to maintain project scope and budget control. Oversee construction site activities ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Utilize DASH, Company Cam and other construction management software for documentation, communication, and project tracking. Monitor progress through project management techniques such as project scheduling and resource allocation. Address issues promptly by coordinating solutions with relevant stakeholders to minimize delays. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Experience Proven experience in restoration construction management or related roles. Extensive knowledge of construction site operations including safety procedures and site logistics. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with restoration estimating software such as Xactimate. Proficiency in project management tools DASH and other relevant software platforms. Strong understanding of contracts, project scheduling, and cost control methodologies. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Prior experience managing restoration projects is highly desirable. Pay:

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
