Experience in healthcare or interior construction is preferred. Job Duties may
Include:
Lead and Direct Ground Up/TI construction projects from conception to completion. Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables. Monitor and manage project finances to maintain or enhance profitability, Maintain constructive relationships with all project stakeholders by facilitating project meetings. Develop, Coordinate, and Maintain a comprehensive project schedule. Analyze, manage, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes. Ensure all projects comply with Legal and healthcare-specific requirements. Assist in the development of new business opportunities by maintaining positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years construction experience. Preferably 3 years of ground up construction experience. Experience managing projects $5m+. Experience with software such as
Procore, Viewpoint, Spectrum Job Type:
