PAY:
$75/hour
Per Diem:
$130/day offered to travelers 60+ miles from the jobsite
HOURS:
50+ HR/Week
START DATE
ASAP Must be able to pass Background Check/Drug Screen - Must have OSHA 30 (Construction)
Responsibilities:
Oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes throughout project execution Coordinate daily activities between subcontractors, field crews, and project management teams Monitor project schedules, manpower, and material deliveries to maintain production goals Conduct quality control inspections and ensure installations meet project specifications Lead site meetings and resolve field coordination issues between trades Track project progress and provide updates on milestones, delays, and field conditions Ensure all MEP systems are installed, tested, and commissioned properly prior to turnover Maintain compliance with site safety standards and company procedures
