Job Description Manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule standards. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals and objectives. Oversee on-site operations, including scheduling, materials management, and quality control. Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Monitor project budgets and timelines, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and work meets specifications. Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to key stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Superintendent should have: A strong 2+ year background in construction management, particularly within multifamily projects. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A thorough understanding of construction safety standards and regulations. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
