Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator with knowledge in residential construction and design. This is NOT an interior designer or drafter position. We need someone who understands construction terminology
plans, kitchen layouts, materials, and project coordination, while helping push projects forward daily.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, bilingual (English & Spanish), and naturally takes initiative without waiting for instructions.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate residential remodeling projects from start to finish
Communicate daily with clients, contractors, vendors
Understand and review plans, layouts, elevations, and scopes of work
Assist with kitchen layouts, cabinet selections, tile coordination, and finish materials
Understand construction terminology including: cabinets, countertops, tile, Schluter systems, plumbing fixtures, flooring, framing, paint, etc.
Follow up with clients regarding material selections and purchases
Push projects forward and make sure tasks are completed on time
Visit job sites and check contractor progress
Speak with contractors daily regarding schedule and next-day plans
Update clients regarding project progress
Help organize invoices, receipts, and material tracking
Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time
Identify missing items before they become problems
Keep projects organized and moving efficiently
Work closely with project managers and office staff
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish
Strong organization and communication skills
Self-motivated and proactive personality
Must be a "pusher" who follows up constantly and takes initiative
Basic understanding of residential construction and remodeling
Ability to read and understand basic plans and layouts
Knowledge of kitchens, cabinets, tile, and finish materials
Comfortable visiting job sites and communicating with subcontractors and homeowners
Reliable transportation
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
Compensation:
Training Period (1 Month):
$400 weekly
After Training:
$800 weekly
Gas reimbursement
$300 bonus per 5-star review on all platforms
$100
1,000 commission on approved change orders ($100 per $5,000)
