Junior Construction Tech Barstow, TX Pay From:

$25.00 per hour

MUST:

Experienced Junior Construction Tech 1-3 years of construction field experience preferred. Basic understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements on the jobsite QA/QC inspections throughout all phases of construction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software preferred (Excel, Procore, CXAlloy) Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Associate degree or construction-related education preferred.

DUTIES:

The Junior Construction Tech is responsible for supporting the overall coordination, supervision, and daily operations of construction projects. This role assists the QA/QC Manager and Project Management team in ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards and client expectations. Maintain safe and organized jobsites. Support timely project completion. Ensure quality workmanship and compliance. Maintain accurate reporting and communication.
