409 Group is a fully licensed plumbing, electrical, and air-conditioning company with a full in-house construction team. The majority of work is completed in-house using our plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and construction crews, with some subcontractor management required. This position manages both residential and commercial projects from estimating through completion. We are looking for someone who can confidently walk jobs, build estimates, manage budgets, coordinate crews and materials, and keep projects moving on time and on budget.

Responsibilities Include:

• Walking and estimating residential & commercial jobs
• Preparing bids and proposals using Excel or Google Sheets
• Managing project kickoff through completion
• Scheduling in-house crews, subcontractors, and materials
• Managing multiple active projects simultaneously
• Budget and cost control
• Customer communication and coordination
• Managing high volumes of emails, texts, and daily communication
• Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally

Requirements:

• 5-10+ years construction/project management experience
• Strong estimating and budgeting skills
• Hands-on construction knowledge required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to provide maximum value to clients
• Experience managing spreadsheets, email communication, and project coordination

Compensation & Benefits:
