Brookshire, TX Job Overview Wikota Design & Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee energy construction projects in the United States. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders in the energy sector. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and finalize energy construction projects according to deadlines and budgets. Coordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Prepare and present project reports, including cost, timeline, and quality metrics. Manage procurement of materials and equipment specific to energy construction. Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in project management within energy construction (e.g., oil & gas, renewable energy, or power plants). Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or Procore). Strong understanding of construction processes, energy industry standards, and regulations. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. PMP or similar certification is a plus. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed. Working Conditions Based in Brookshire, TX, with occasional travel to project sites. Mix of office-based work and on-site supervision. May require working extended hours to meet project deadlines.
