This is an entry-level position with a clear growth path into Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent roles . This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, organized, and motivated to build a long-term career in construction . Key Responsibilities Assist with daily jobsite operations Track subcontractor arrivals and material deliveries Maintain jobsite organization and cleanliness Support scheduling and coordination Communicate issues proactively to the team Qualifications Minimum 6 months of construction experience Valid driver's license (required) Clean criminal background (required) Schedule flexibility (required) Reliable, punctual, and consistent Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Good communication skills Basic construction knowledge is a plus

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some Saturdays as needed

Payment:
