Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and specifications. Develop detailed project plans using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Oversee project coordination among architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and problem-solving. Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings—including Civil 3D models—to ensure accuracy and compliance with design intent. Monitor construction site activities to enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations. Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software to track progress, document issues, and generate reports. Manage project schedules with precision using Primavera P6 or similar tools; adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure adherence to contract requirements. Coordinate procurement activities including construction estimating and subcontractor bidding processes. Ensure proper documentation of all project phases including change orders, RFIs (Request for Information), and daily logs. Experience Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects with a strong understanding of construction site operations. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and contract administration. Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project; familiarity with HeavyBid is a plus. Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings; familiarity with Civil 3D is desirable. Strong background in construction management software like ProCore or Bluebeam for documentation and communication purposes. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple teams effectively while managing time-sensitive deliverables. Prior civil or heavy infrastructure project experience is highly valued. Excellent communication skills for clear collaboration with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
