JOB DESCRIPTION
The Construction Support Specialist provides operational and administrative support for both construction projects and construction service-related work. This role coordinates field activities, tracks job progress, maintains documentation, and supports billing and closeout processes.

Our core expertise is with fuel systems however we are expanding our offerings to provide a broad range of equipment, installation, repairs, and maintenance of the mechanical systems in these facilities. Our market is roughly the eastern half of Texas. We have delivered double-digit annual revenue growth for over fifteen years and expect that to continue going forward. We are privately held. What You Will Be Doing Construction Service Call Coordination:
Receive and prioritize fuel construction service requests Dispatch technicians and track job status Ensure proper documentation is submitted
Project Support:
Prepare estimates and coordinate site surveys, spill bucket replacements, and dispenser upgrades. Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and field teams Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Communication:
Serve as liaison between teams and customers Provide status updates and escalate issues
Documentation & Data Management:
Maintain accurate records in company systems Upload photos, receipts, and inspection reports
Billing & Closeout Support:
Compile billing packages and review work orders Coordinate with accounting on invoicing
Compliance & Quality:
Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements Support audits and inspections
Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies and support SOP development
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Ability to communicate internally and externally by providing updates Ability to collaborate with personnel, such as customer service team, supervisors, and technicians to ensure continued service to customers Clear verbal and written communication is critical for coordinating with contractors, management, and vendors Desire to expand your knowledge in the construction industry Follow through effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize needs as they arise The ability to multitask, manage files, and keep logs for budgets, site plans, and schedules Critical thinker and problem solver, able to interpret data Clear verbal and written communication skills Ability to successfully manage and complete a high volume of work with sometimes conflicting timelines and goals; adapt to changes and shift priorities to meet project and customer objectives Accuracy of documentation Timeliness of service & project tracking Fast response times Compliance with audit requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
Two to five years of direct office support or field construction experience Experience in Petroleum Equipment Industry or Electric Vehicle Charging Industries a plus Proficient in Excel, scheduling software, and project management software Minimum high school diploma or GED Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment Spanish fluency preferred
