Superintendent

Skillforce is seeking experienced Construction Superintendent with for an 8+ month project in the McAllen, TX area starting right away. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team with competitive pay and benefits.

Compensation:

Up to $50/hour depending on experience Per diem available for those that qualify 50-60 hours per week

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial superintendent experience

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A STRICT FEDERAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND A DOT DRUG SCREEN

Supervise daily field operations, subcontractors, and crews on commercial construction sites. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and project specifications. Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets to meet deadlines. Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control and resolve issues proactively. Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and site documentation. Provide leadership, direction, and support to field staff. OSHA 10 preferred but not required Ability to read and interpret blueprints Must have own basic hand tools and
