A Group Construction LLC specializes in hardscape construction, including community parks, recreation centers, and site amenities. We are committed to delivering high-quality work, fostering strong client relationships, and continuously improving through innovation. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to support our project operations.Position Overview:
We are seeking a Project Administrator / Assistant Project Manager to support our construction team in managing the day-to-day administrative and coordination aspects of our projects. This role is ideal for someone with construction experience who is highly organized, proactive, and looking to grow into a project management position.Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts Support Project Managers and Superintendents with daily administrative and coordination tasks Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Assist with permitting, inspections, and compliance documentation Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule Prepare project reports, meeting notes, and client updates Help solicit and organize subcontractor and supplier pricing when neededRequirements:
Experience in construction administration, project coordination, or a related role Basic understanding of construction processes, documents, and terminology Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field Experience with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) Familiarity with local permitting processes and building codesWhy Join Us:
