Air Innovations LLC is looking to hire a full-time Construction Area Manager to plan, coordinate, execute and maintain effective field construction installations. We are a family-owned residential heating and air conditioning contractor located 12507 Telge Rd Cypress, TX 77429. We specialize in the custom design, installation, and service of comfort systems in new and existing homes. Our business is built on trust. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN CONSTRUCTION AREA MANAGER
2+ years general construction experience 1+ years of sales or customer service experience Enjoy being outdoors in various weather conditions including summer heat Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Comfortable with computer technology for documentation Be able to pass a Background check and Drug screening Excellent communication skills Registered with TDLR or able to qualify
