1099 Our client is a well-established design and installation firm specializing in high-end residential and commercial window treatments. They are seeking a Project Manager who can oversee full-cycle project management, from contract to completion, while ensuring accuracy in orders, pricing, and communication with clients and general contractors. What you'll be doing: Manage projects from start to finish, including scheduling and coordination. Oversee installers and ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all jobs. Communicate regularly with General Contractors and internal teams. Handle administrative responsibilities related to project setup, ordering, and documentation. Work with Microsoft Office 365, QuickBooks, and Procore or similar software. Ensure pricing accuracy and proper job costing. Collaborate closely with leadership to maintain project efficiency and profitability. What you'll need: 5 years of construction, flooring, window treatment, or similar experience. Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, QuickBooks, and Procore (or similar portal entry software). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have reliable transportation (truck preferred; mileage reimbursement or gas card provided). Ability to lift up to 75 lbs; own tools preferred but not required. What's in it for you: $60,000 base salary (paid $2,500 twice monthly). Quarterly bonuses of approximately $5,000, based on performance. 5 days PTO and 15-17 paid holidays. Mileage reimbursement every two weeks. 75% office-based with local travel as needed. #MISC123
