Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Manager / Estimator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating and project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing construction projects, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates, bid proposals, and project budgets. Review plans, specifications, and contract documents. Manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance. Conduct site visits and evaluate project progress. Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Prepare project reports and maintain accurate project documentation. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating and/or project management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Experience with estimating and project management software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Preferred Skills Experience with commercial, federal, or industrial construction projects. Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
