  • 110,000 DOE | Benefits Included Yogurtland is looking for an experienced, construction-savvy Franchise Construction Project Manager to own the physical build-out of our growing franchise network.
You'll manage every phase of new store construction, remodels, and transfers — keeping franchisees, vendors, architects, and contractors aligned, accountable, and on schedule. This is a hands-on role that demands deep construction knowledge, strong project management discipline, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced franchise environment. What You'll Own Project Planning & Execution Direct and manage franchise construction projects from initial planning through final completion and store opening Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each new location, remodel, or transfer Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documentation Identify critical path dependencies, manage risks proactively, and devise contingency plans Oversee quality control throughout each project's life cycle, ensuring all work meets brand standards, building codes, and health department requirements Complete Final Construction Inspections on all new and transferred locations Budget & Resource Management Draft and submit budget proposals; recommend and manage adjustments throughout the project cycle Negotiate with vendors, subcontractors, and franchisees to protect timelines and budgets Determine resource needs and make real-time adjustments to keep projects on track Manage relationships with contractors, architects, and vendors critical to project success Franchisee & Vendor Coordination Serve as the primary liaison between franchisees, architects, subcontractors, and vendors for all active projects Communicate project expectations clearly and consistently to all parties Set and manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and hold all project participants accountable Support franchisees through the full development process — from permitting and lease execution through final inspection and opening Reporting & Communication Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations to leadership and franchisee stakeholders Track and report on project milestones and deliverables using appropriate project management tools Proactively manage changes in project scope and keep all parties informed in a timely manner What You Bring 3+ years of project management experience in a construction or retail build-out setting — required Extensive, hands-on construction knowledge: building codes, permitting, contractor coordination, health department regulations, and construction timelines Familiarity with CAD drawings, architectural plan interpretation, and permitting processes preferred Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects on aggressive timelines and within budget Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor, contractor, and franchisee relationships Experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or franchise environments strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication — you keep everyone aligned and nothing falls through the cracks Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software a plus Associate's degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred Bilingual a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive salary of $100,000
