Must Haves:
Ability to improve profit margins by developing new business. Ability to develop metrics and processes to streamline operational efficiency. Ability to read and understand contracts. Technology oriented in pertinent landscape software. Remain calm while resolving heated situations. Understand our employees are our greatest asset. Come up with a game plan to achieve quarterly goals. Must have an excellent knowledge of all that goes into landscape maintenance, irrigation, landscape construction. Must be organized. Will report directly to President/Founder. Will receive company truck, phone, and computer. '
