Construction Project Manager

• Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and blueprint reading.

• Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate and oversee construction workers and subcontractors
• Review and interpret project blueprints, specifications, and schematics
• Develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets
• Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders including clients, architects, and engineers
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors

• Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Proven experience in construction project management
• Proficiency in HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and other construction management software
• Strong understanding of construction estimating and project scheduling
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
