Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate who will be willing to work in a highly collaborative environment as part of a team. In our Continuous Improvement Environment, the successful candidate will: Assist with keeping up the overall appearance of the buildings and properties North Forest manages. Support team with Show Ready process for upcoming vacant office suites. Support general manager and superintendent with new site construction management. On site day to day management of scheduling and progress of contractors. Coordinating onsite deliveries and management of material inventory. Responsible for onsite cleanliness. Meeting and walking site with inspectors. Handling of basic punch list items in an effort to keep project progress moving efficiently. Daily interaction with customers, subcontractors and team members.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED, working toward or has an Associates degree in construction or a technical field and/or a combination of education and experience. Handyperson experience preferred (1 year). Some experience (2-3 years) in building construction is a definite plus. Must be bilingual. Valid driver's license with a reliable means of transportation. Authorized to work in the U.S. Available to work overtime when necessary. Basic computer skills required.

Pay:

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
