Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Executive for a direct hire opportunity in Frisco, TX, supporting commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a high-impact leadership role for a construction professional who can oversee complex projects, guide project teams, strengthen client relationships, and drive successful delivery across safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals. The Project Executive will work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong leadership support and visibility across the organization. This opportunity is well suited for a results-driven construction leader who enjoys mentoring teams, solving complex project challenges, supporting business development, and helping improve operational performance.   • Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client expectations are met.
  • Manage, mentor, and support project management teams, field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and key project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project financials, schedules, risks, performance, and project controls, implementing corrective action when needed.
  • Serve as a primary escalation point for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project-related issues.
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits to review progress, quality, compliance, and field execution.
  • Support design-build coordination, permitting, site evaluation, development activities, proposals, presentations, networking, and business development efforts. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $125,000 to $160,000 per year.
