This role is focused onday-to-day field execution, ensuring projects are built correctly, on schedule, and to company standards. The Project Construction Supervisor plays a critical role in keeping jobs moving efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseedaily on-site construction activitiesfrom dig through completion Coordinate and schedule all phases of construction, including subcontractors, materials, and inspections Ensure all work is completed according toplans, specifications, and company standards Perform regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and cleanliness Proactively identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on track Communicate with customers daily, providing updates, answering questions, and setting clear expectations throughout the build process Build strong relationships with homeowners to ensure a positive overall experience Verify all municipal inspections and requirements are completed properly and on time Maintain job documentation, including schedules, notes, and progress updates Ensure all work complies withsafety standards and regulations Track project timelines and help keep builds within expected schedules

Requirements:

Strong understanding ofresidential construction processes(pool construction experience preferred) Ability to manage multiple active job sites at once Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and follow through Comfortable workingin the field dailyand in varying outdoor conditions Familiarity with construction scheduling, inspections, and safety standards
