Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced New Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in managing construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating teams, managing schedules, and maintaining safety and quality protocols while fostering a collaborative environment that drives project success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of innovative construction initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across all phases of development. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Develop project schedules using construction management software to monitor progress and adjust timelines proactively. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and resources. Review blueprints and construction drawings to verify accuracy and facilitate effective onsite execution. Oversee quality control processes, conducting inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations. Manage project budgets by tracking costs, reviewing contracts, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings to promote a culture of safety awareness on site. Utilize tools such as JobTread for project documentation, taking photos, tracking progress, and reporting. Maintain comprehensive records of daily activities, change orders, and project logs for transparency and accountability. Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent overseeing new construction projects with a strong emphasis on management and supervision. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting, blueprint reading. Excellent management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards. Strong communication skills coupled with problem-solving capabilities to address onsite challenges promptly.
