What's in it for You? $30 per hour Per diem provided plus all travel expenses covered 100% travel role with consistent, year-round work 4-5 weeks on rotation Clear path to advancement into a Superintendent role Health insurance options Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan with company match Company-provided truck for business use Ongoing paid training and career development Why You'll Love It Here Competitive pay, per diem, and 100% travel coverage Company truck + structured schedule for consistency and balance Promote-from-within culture that rewards performance and leadership High-performance environment where your decisions drive project success Strong team culture built on accountability, communication, and execution Diverse construction and drilling projects across multiple states A leadership team that values field insight and supports your growth Open-shop environment focused on opportunity and advancement Your New Role Take full ownership as Crew Lead, accountable for project execution, crew performance, and reporting through the company data portal in Valley, Nebraska, and across job sites nationwide Enforce and document compliance with company and project-specific safety standards using written and photo documentation Manage resources, schedules, and supplier coordination to keep projects on time and within budget Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, inspectors, and internal teams to maintain workflow and prevent delays Coordinate and document inspections to ensure compliance with jurisdictional and project requirements Lead project planning and collaborate with customers and operations teams from mobilization through completion Provide accurate daily progress updates, report deviations, and maintain adherence to scope and contract requirements Maintain quality control by verifying layouts, rebar placement, embeds, and structural concrete work align with plans and specifications Oversee crew timekeeping, travel logistics, and cost management within project parameters Plan and execute mobilization, including travel routes, permits, equipment readiness, and service coordination Support field operations with hands-on involvement to maintain safety and productivity Participate in ongoing training to stay current on safety standards and operational best practices
Hiring Expectations:

Minimum 5 years of construction experience in civil, foundation, or related construction environments Minimum 2 years of hands-on crew leadership experience, including directing field personnel and coordinating daily work activities Working knowledge of basic concrete operations, construction equipment, and jobsite safety practices Must be willing and able to travel extensively throughout the United States for project assignments Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including hot, humid, and tropical environments Strong construction background with hands-on exposure to field operations Proven ability to manage crews, resources, and overall project execution Experience leading teams in construction, civil, or drilling environments preferred Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of construction safety standards and compliance practices Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Comfortable using digital reporting tools and documentation systems Equipment experience is a plus, but not required Willingness and ability to travel 100% for project-based work Ability to work extended rotations, including nights or weekends as needed Valid driver's license and ability to manage travel logistics Dietzel Enterprises is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
