You'll be hands-on with subcontractor coordination, quality control, safety orientations, and daily reporting in Procore. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day subcontractor activities, ensuring adherence to project schedule and specifications Serve as the first point of contact for QA/QC, addressing issues promptly to maintain quality standards Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety orientations for new workers and subcontractors Coordinate on-site deliveries to keep materials moving smoothly through construction operations Enter detailed daily reports in Procore, documenting site activities, subcontractor performance, and safety observations Maintain clear communication with the Senior Superintendent and project management team Support the Senior Superintendent across all aspects of site management What You'll Bring 1-3+ years of experience in construction or a related role Degree in Construction Science/Management/Engineering is preferred, though not required Basic understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and safety standards Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities on an active job site Effective communication skills, with the ability to work alongside subcontractors and project teams Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software is a plus Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced field environment Why Join Us You'll be on the ground every day, learning the craft from experienced superintendents who care about your development.
