We have grown 10x in the last 3 years and are looking to double in growth in near future. We are a full turnkey provider for our customers doing everything from Water and Fire Emergency Services, Moving and Storage of Contents, and Textile Cleaning all the way to Reconstruction. Key Responsibilities:
As a Contents Crew Chief, you will lead and manage all aspects of contents restoration, including inventory, pack-out, cleaning, and return of customers' personal property after fire, water, or other types of property damage. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, customer service expertise, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, often high-stress environment. In this role, you will also: Key Responsibilities Coordinate/Assist Project Leads with scheduling of technicians, laborers, and subcontractors Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews Communicate clear expectations to contents technicians and supervise their activities Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues
Additional Responsibilities:
Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly Coach and train restoration technicians
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Availability for overtime and on-call hours may be required during peak demand or emergency responses #SPTSField19
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in restoration, moving, warehouse, or contents handling Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. regularly Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to supervise and motivate a team in the field Basic proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and job-tracking software Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
Prior supervisory experience in contents, pack-out, or restoration work Knowledge of cleaning techniques, inventory systems, and storage procedures Familiarity with SERVPRO documentation platforms (DryBook, WorkCenter) IICRC certification(s) in Fire/Smoke or Contents Processing Experience handling high-value, fragile, or specialty items Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
