In this role, you'll oversee projects from permitting and scheduling through final installation, working directly with company ownership to ensure every job is delivered on time, on budget, and to our quality standards. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in seeing a project through from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Responsible for the oversight of day-to-day construction activities and the successful execution of a single or multiple projects simultanesously. Provide direction and participate in project planning, scheduling, estimating, cost development. Develop new and manage existing client relationship while interfacing with the client for proposal and project related items. Collaborate with the engineering team to establish the development and distribution of engineering deliverables per project schedule and requirements. Implement, audit, and oversee project documentation. Develop and oversee materials ordering, receiving and management process, including inventory control, receipt of goods, storage, and transportation as required. Review submittals for confomance with contract documents. Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal requirements. Monitor the day-to-day activities happening in th efield, managing the flow information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress, quality and safety. Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively Qualifications Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.) Strong organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Must be able to meet the company's driving requirements. Knowledge of steel products and purchasing. Blueprint reading
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
