In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all on-site activities, ensure safety compliance, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. You will have to also be able to operate all types of equipment when needed. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and quality control will drive project success while maintaining high standards of safety and craftsmanship. Duties Lead daily on-site operations, supervising construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, expectations, and to drive results. Be able to finish grade and push projects over the finish line. Duties will include operating all equipment. Dozer, motor grader, excavator, roller, water truck, skid steer, etc. Understand lake build projects, subdivision projects, land development projects, and mass excavating projects. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services. Oversee safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a secure work environment. Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation to ensure clarity and compliance with project specifications. Manage project documentation including daily reports, incident logs, and progress updates while ensuring accurate recordkeeping for all site activities. Requirements Proven experience in construction site management with a strong background in heavy civil or pipeline projects. Supervising experience with a track record of leading diverse teams on construction sites. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
