RESPONSIBILITIES

: The Custom Residential Construction Manager will be responsible for: Oversee day-to-day construction activities for custom residential projects ensuring schedules, quality standards, and site execution remain on track Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades on-site while maintaining strong communication throughout each phase of construction Conduct ongoing quality control inspections to proactively identify and resolve issues before they become warranty concerns Partner closely with Project Managers to support scheduling, material coordination, and overall project execution Manage multiple custom home builds simultaneously, typically overseeing 2-3 projects at varying stages of construction.

REQUIREMENTS

: 2+ years of experience in luxury construction management 2+ years of experience with high-end custom residential projects ($2MM minimum) Bachelor's degree in construction science or equivalent

COMPENSATION

: Base Pay = $85,000

• 100,000+ Project bonuses = $7,000
