We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our company through strategic networking, relationship building, and community engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, attending networking events, creating partnerships, and driving business growth. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted representative of our company and develop long-lasting referral relationships throughout the community. Responsibilities Identify, develop, and maintain referral relationships with key business partners, including: Plumbers HVAC Companies Realtors Insurance Agents Insurance Adjusters Property Managers Commercial Property Owners Facility Managers Other strategic referral sources Conduct in-person visits to prospective referral partners. Deliver marketing materials, business cards, treats, and promotional items to referral sources. Attend networking events, lunches, trade shows, chamber events, and community functions. Generate new business opportunities through relationship-building efforts. Maintain regular communication with referral partners to strengthen relationships and increase referrals. Represent the company professionally and positively within the community. Collaborate with internal team members to ensure excellent customer experiences. Track business development activities and referral opportunities. Stay informed about company services and industry trends to confidently educate referral partners and prospects. Qualifications Previous B2B sales, business development, marketing, networking, or relationship management experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build trust and establish lasting professional relationships. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating business. Comfortable networking and initiating conversations with new people. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
